Who We Are

ProGroupk International is an Australian-based international family business intermediary specialising in selected cross-border opportunities across trade, brands, franchises and investment.

Our current focus is connecting Australia with international markets — helping Australian businesses, brands, products and investment opportunities access international markets, while bringing selected international businesses, brands and commercial opportunities into Australia.

We act as a bridge between Australia and the world, using relationships and market connections to identify suitable counterparties and facilitate commercially credible opportunities.

Originating in the Middle East in 2011, the business has expanded and now has branches in the UK, Australia and North America. This enabled us to facilitate selected transactions and introductions between parties in other global markets.

These opportunities may have no direct Australian component but are undertaken where there is a strong commercial proposition and a clear reason to facilitate the connection.
